Our services include:
MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY
- Provide a comparative market analysis of to assist in determining rental pricing
- Your home will be featured on our website along with the following:
- A “For Rent” sign will be placed in your front yard
TENANT SCREENING/TENANT RELATIONS
- Carefully screen tenants, verifying prior rental history and employment along with a background check that includes credit and criminal history
- Collect and escrow security deposits
- Serve past due rent notices
RENT COLLECTION/RENT PROCEEDS
- Collect and process all rent monies from tenants and provide an annual 1099
- If local, deposits to your account can be made. If non-local, we can mail to your bank or to you.
INSPECTIONS
- Periodic drive by inspections
- Semi-annual interior inspections
MAINTENANCE
- Schedule and monitor all repairs
- We use only experienced reliable vendors to any handle maintenance needs
